Adam “Eura” 1993  Limited edition of 300 copies
Adam plays percussion, some of the guitars and other things on his own recordings. Adam likes to listen to exotica, funk/soul, psychedelia (psych-punk) and US west coast music from the 1960s-70s. Bands like HP Lovecraft, Merrell Fankhauser, Music Machine/Sean Boniwell, Rusty Evans, Linda Perhacs, Cecilio & Kapano, These Trails, Jade Stone & Luv, The Kaplan Brothers, Damon, Darius and many others. He likes to watch the original Star Trek TV-series. North American 1950s-60s SF-, monster- and action movies and also films about Polynesia. Adam likes to read books about Polynesia and it‚s culture. Art books, especially surrealism, and children’s SF books from the 1940s-60s

Well, it‚s due to Stefan Kéry that I made the records. When I recorded the 1st one I wanted to create music that wasn’t confined to 3 minutes of basic song structure but free, mind expanding and self-experienced music. I decided to write about an island that actually exists, where I spent time both as a child and as an adult. I got inspiration from Merrell, the Chocolate Watchband, the Strawberry Alarm Clock and Jade Stone & Luv. My first album was partially recorded in my living room and in a studio. I started with recording the guitars and then the percussion. Then I invited people I trusted and let them dub on their instruments without any reservations. One track on that album was recorded in S.T. Mikaels living room. On the 2nd album one could say that I repeated that process. But I did more of the overdubs myself. This record was also recorded in my living room and in a studio. I only gave a few directives on how the overdubs should be performed. For example I asked Anna, who sang, that she should do it in a way so “that I would feel that I would like to take care of her”. I asked Stefan to play like “a big ocean with sun and wind”. The two flutes were recorded without the flutists actually hearing what the other one was playing. It was all very enjoyable and the studio was like a second home, very cosy…..~

Adam Axelzon ‎ “Welcome Back!"1995 Sweden released in 700 copies
Adam’s second LP is as warm and soothing as the first, funk/soul, psychedelia (psych-punk) and US west coast music from the 1960s-70s. Adam plays percussion, some of the guitars and other things on his own recordings. He lives in Sodermalm, Stockholm, with a laid-back & trippy Eastern-sounding Psych with Guitars, Flute, Bass Guitar, Organ, Drums and other various Percussion instruments! He started his artistic career in 1993 with Eura . Then continue with Welcome Back! in 1995 (after 2 years). It has 5 record productions in the File and Vinyl formats .
Along with St. Mikael and Stefan Kery (who plays on this record), Adam (aka Adam Axelzon) is part of the burgeoning (one could even say “mushrooming”) psychedelic scene taking place in Sweden, much of it centered around the Xotic Mind and Subliminal Sounds labels. Those who like Adam’s Eura LP are sure to enjoy Welcome Back as well. Instrumentation includes guitars, organ, flutes, glockenspiel, bass, drums, percussion, etc. Released in Sweden on Xotic Mind in 1995, this limited edition comes in a folder style gatefold cover and includes an 8-page booklet….~
